Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.
Please send an email to email@example.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.
Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in MYR & USD
Q. Where we ship?
We provide shipping to Malaysia. We do not deliver to P.O.Box address.
Q. When we ship?
We will try our best to ship out order within 1-3 working days and hours after the confirmation of your payment.
Q. How will I know if you have received my order?
You will receive an email confirming your order after you click on purchase and ensure that you email address is correct.
